심근경색 후 증가한 macrophage-derived circHIPK2가 G3BP1 매개 stress granule (SG) 형성과 염증성 macrophage polarization을 촉진하여 염증과 심근 섬유화를 악화시키며, circHIPK2는 치료 표적이 될 수 있음을 제시했습니다.
