제가 발표할 논문은 2025년 8월에 nature communications에 게재된 "Multicolor fate mapping of microglia reveals polyclonal proliferation, heterogeneity, and cell-cell interactions after ischemic stroke in mice"입니다.
본 논문은 ischemic stroke후 brain에서 microglia의 proliferation의 양상을 multicolor fate mapping 기법을 통해 확인하였고, 이와 함께 microglia의 heterogeneity, cell-cell interaction을 electrophysiology와 live cell imaging으로 분석하였습니다. supplementary figure는 용량의 초과로 링크 첨부해드립니다.
