제가 발표할 논문은 2025년 2월  nature communications에 게재된 "Single-cell analysis identifies Ifi27l2a as a gene regulator of microglial inflammation in the context of aging and stroke in mice"입니다.
본 논문은 노화와 뇌졸중 상황에서 microglia에서 강하게 발현하는 Ifi27l2a 유전자가 미토콘드리아 ROS를 증가시키고 pro-inflammatory를 촉진하는 핵심 조절자로서, 이를 부분 결손시키면 stroke로 인한 뇌 손상을 완화시킬 수 있다는 내용의 논문입니다.
