제가 발표할 논문은 2025년 9월, Nature Communication에 게재된 "Neural xenografts contribute to long-term recovery in stroke via molecular graft-host crosstalk" 입니다.

본 연구에서는 PT stroke model 을 이용해, 뇌졸중 후 Stem Cell therapy 가 recovery phenotype 에 미치는 영향과 이들의 signaling pathway 를 분석하였습니다. 이를 통해 뇌졸중 후 long-term recovery 를 촉진하는 NPC transplantation 의 therapeutic potential 을 제시하고 있습니다.
