제가 발표할 논문은 올해 10월 nature communications에 게재된 Ras-related protein 2 limits vascular smooth muscle cell phenotypic switching and abdominal aortic aneurysm development 입니다.

AAA 상황의 VSMC에서 MEG3라는 lncRNA가 ELAVL1이라는 RNA binding protein과 interaction 하여 RRAS2 mRNA의 stability를 높이고 따라서 TF2-I가 MET에 의해 phosphorylation 되어 contractile VSMC phenotype marker gene인  a-SMA, SM22a, Cnn1의 trascription을 유도한다는 내용의 논문입니다.

RRAS2가 AAA 상황에서 VSMC contractile phenotype을 유지시켜 보호하는 역할을 한다는 내용이며 자세한 내용은 다음주 월요일에 발표드리겠습니다.
