제가 발표할 논문은 2023년 signal transduction and targeted therapy에 ​​​​​​게재된 SIRT6 is an epigenetic repressor of thoratic aortic aneurysm via inhibiting inflammation and senescence입니다.

SIRT6가 직접적으로 IL-1b의 promotor에 binding하여 IRF8을 통해 inflammation과 senescence를 억제한다는 내용이며 비교적 간단한 senescence와 inflammation 연구이지만 다양한 skim과 dataset을 활용한 연구가 인상적이었습니다.
